OUR APPROACH TO ESG STARTS WITH UNDERSTANDING THE CONTEXT WE OPERATE IN. AN UNDERSTANDING THAT SOCIAL, ETHICAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES HAVE A REAL IMPACT ON PEOPLE, ON ORGANIZATIONS, AND ON THE WAY WORK IS DONE. KNOWING THIS MEANS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. REACTING TO IT MEANS ACTING. THROUGH POLICIES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND PRACTICAL ACTIONS, WE TURN THAT UNDERSTANDING INTO RESPONSIBLE, INCLUSIVE, AND SUSTAINABLE BEHAVIORS, INTEGRATING ETHICAL VALUES, PEOPLE CARE, AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY INTO OUR WORK. WE MEASURE RESULTS, TRACK PROGRESS, AND KEEP IMPROVING, BECAUSE ESG ONLY MATTERS WHEN UNDERSTANDING LEADS TO CONCRETE, MEASURABLE IMPACT.
ISO 9001:2015
Since 2018, we have been ISO 9001:2015 certified, the international standard that defines the requirements of a Quality Management System. This certification reflects our commitment to continuous improvement, process efficiency, and client satisfaction.

CODE OF ETHICS
In 2021, we adopted a Code of Ethics, bringing together in a single document the values, core principles, and rules of conduct that guide our work and shape our decisions. It defines the standards of fairness, transparency, legality, and responsibility that govern our internal and external relationships.
 
UNI PDR 125:2022
In 2025, we adopted a Gender Equality Policy and obtained the UNI PdR 125:2022 certification. By assessing policies and results across areas such as governance, human resources, pay equity, and inclusion, it certifies our concrete commitment to gender equality and to creating a fair, inclusive, and discrimination-free work environment. The well-being and development of our people are, for us, an absolute priority.
 
ECOVADIS
To demonstrate our ESG commitment, in 2025 we underwent the EcoVadis assessment, evaluating our policies and practices across four areas: environment, human rights and labor, ethics, and sustainable procurement. We achieved a score of 76/100, earning a Silver Medal in recognition of our commitment and results in sustainability.
